Yesterday I went to the Gym after Church and I must admit I have been a bid down on myself this week since I haven’t been eating as well as I know I should. I have been out to a few restaurants and haven’t exactly chosen the ‘healthy choices’. After I work out I always check the scale and this week I just haven’t been seeing it change. I fully expected the scale to show me that I had gained weight this Sunday after Church. To my complete amazement I lost 3 pounds this week! This means I have lost a total of 18lbs since starting this new way of living. 2 pounds away from the 20lb mark is really encouraging, so I am pumped to drop another two pounds this week!

So I am missing 18lbs of myself, but I really am not missing it at all.
